Launching Wallapop’s e-commerce platform

Wallapop wanted to move from a B2C to a B2B model by launching an e-commerce platform for its professional users. The challenge was clear: introducing a new product into a well-established market without sacrificing the brand's approachable and personal essence.

Thus, we introduced Yupop with the claim "Crea tu tienda online en un pop," leading the strategy in social media and content strategy to promote and position the product within the market.
