Tech leader T-Systems attracts a highly diverse client base with very different needs. To deliver the best experience to each, the first challenge was to understand their demands.

We explored and mapped the client journeys via extensive analysis and over 50 interviews. On a strategic level, we came up with a diagnosis and proposed journey optimization for each customer typology.
