Decoding Spanish banking for a leading global financial company

Experian, one of the world's leading credit companies, wanted to enter the Spanish market. To do this, they needed to gain full understanding of how Spaniards interacted with the economy, banking, and finance.

/Challenge

How could we convey Spain’s relationship with finance to the international team? We delineated four major consumer segments to reflect the diverse market segments and identify common but very different consumer insights. Through this cultural exploration of the country, we created product prototypes that addressed key consumer and market needs.
