Allianz embarked on a digital transformation challenge aimed at pivoting its business model towards a more autonomous and knowledgeable end customer, one less reliant on intermediaries. This new focus required a team aligned around a transformative vision.

/Challenge

We proposed a cultural shift in the marketing team: a more strategic, integrated and transparent way of working. To achieve this we implemented the OKRs methodology, setting goals for 10 years, 3 years, 1 year and quarterly. To ensure their progress we established a bi-weekly metric tracking system.
